I've got another post over at Shelterrific today on chewy amaretti sandwich cookies. Intimidated by anything beyond slice-n-bake? Don't be. These little guys are really easy and quite delicious—like, eating five at a time delicious and then you turn around and they are gone. Don't say I didn't warn you.
