Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, I've got a post over at Shelterrific on
making Irish lamb stew. Even if you're not celebrating (and honestly, who really is?) it's a nice dish for this in-between, can't-decide-if-it's-spring-or-winter weather—here in New York, anyway. It's also a good way to use up any stray root vegetables lying around that you kind of can't face anymore...

This year we enjoyed a purple
cabbage instead of the old green stuff...it was milder tasting and not so stinky!
We've been invited to a party by our Irish friend, Jo. I wonder if she'll be serving any Irish specialities. I've got my fingers crossed for one in particular:

If you're debating whether or not to click on this link, you really should. It's crazy!
Anony: Way to go, Mom. Living on the edge!
Daniel: I hate leprechauns. But I admit to loving Lucky Charms as a kid. Those scratchy, dusty marshmallows...mmm....
I love Irish lamb stew. It is such a great easy healthy dish:)
Thanks, Ulla!
